Founded in 1514, Pocklington School (11-18) and Lyndhurst School (4-11) have a long history of delivering excellent all round education for day pupils from 4-18 and boarders from the age of 8.Our approach to learning and development is shaped around the spiritual and physical well-being of each child we educate.We believe that instilling a lifelong love of learning among pupils enables them to fulfil their potential and achieve long term happiness.Unlocking an individual's potential means fostering a culture that encourages successful learning and creative thinking while rewarding initiative and independence.
