Colchester Institute operates from campuses at Sheepen Road, Colchester , the College at Braintree is located is located in Church Lane, Braintree and Cooper Drive, Braintree and the College at Clacton is located in Church Road, Clacton-on-Sea and Thomas Road, Clacton-on-Sea. The Learning Shop @ Dovercourt and The Learning Centre (Colchester)provide additional town centre locations for computer training and learndirect access. Colchester is a vibrant town in which to live and study. It is a unique blend of ancient and modern with its castle and museums alongside a bustling town centre which offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, cinemas and a multi-million pound leisure complex. The College at Braintree offers a friendly environment with excellent facilities for its students. The main Church Lane campus is a short walk away from the town. Clacton-on-Sea is a seaside town with a pier, amusements and a lively entertainment and social scene. The main College at Clacton campus is just off the sea front and only five minutes' walk from the town centre. The railway station is nearby. The Thomas Road Campus is adjacent to Clacton Coastal Academy Town Campus.
