This one year degree by coursework and dissertation was first offered in 1998, and explores the current debate about ecotourism to natural sites and protected areas. The programme was initiated because we recognised that nature tourism is the fastest growing sector of the world?s largest industry, yet no other postgraduate programme in UK specifically addressed concerns that arise from the growth in nature tourism.

A good second class honours degree, or better, in a relevant subject; a good honours degree in other subjects together with relevant practical experience.
